This is a very simple recipe.  You can choose whatever ingredients you would like to use.  This are my most used ingredients.  There are two ways that you can make the sauce.  You can use a frying pan to cook all the ingredients and to make the dish more flavourful.  However, if you are in a hurry, I do suggest that you microwave the sauce for about 30s... Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Cooked Pasta
  • Olive oil
  • Your choice of vegetables
    • Baby Tomatoes
    • Peppers
    • Mushroom
  • Spices
    • oregano
    • parsley
    • basil

Chickpea wrap

Ingredients

1 tomato
Lettuce
Canned or fresh chickpeas
celery
Low fat mayonnaise
Whole wheat wrap

Mix chopped celery and chickpeas in a frying pan, cook on low, just to heat up the mixture.  Add mayo to wrap and vegetables then the mixture. Voila, enjoy :)

Healthy Tuna Melt

This is what I had for lunch! Yum and it's easy, for someone like me. So first, butter your bread (nice bread or homemade bread is great for this). Mix your tuna with mayo and add celery.  Chop a tomato and add it on top.  Finish with some cheese. Broil in the oven until the cheese looks ready. Enjoy :)

This is one of my favourite spaghetti recipes.  It is quick, easy and delicious!
Perfect for the picky eaters and can easily be modified to your own taste.

Ingredients
-  Half a container of baby tomatoes
-  Olive oil
-  Your choice of Cheese (parmesan works great!)
-  Spaghetti (any kind of pasta)
-  Basil, Oregano, Thyme
-  Dried red pepper (optional)

"Longer" method
Boil water and cook the spaghetti.  In the meantime, mix all the other ingredients in a frying pan and simmer the contents until the tomatoes are soft.  Strain the cooked spaghetti, add the sauce and serve.

Super Quick method
(Great for leftovers or when pressed for time)

Cook the noodles.  Microwave the tomatoes for roughly 30sec, make sure to check them often.  Add cheese, spices and olive oil. Serve.
